Automation - What it is and How it works

Updated on 2026-09-05

Betting Toolkit allows you to place bets and lays completely automatically thanks to its automation system, specifically designed for this purpose. This feature is especially useful when trading multiple markets and it would be humanly impossible to track their performance and place the appropriate bets. Automation also prevents emotions, which often lead to errors or ill-considered moves, from overriding the player, ensuring the perfect execution of the strategy. Automation allows for bets to be placed at all hours of the day and night, allowing the user to enjoy moments of rest and relaxation while the software executes the bets on its behalf.

This is a modern and functional innovation capable of simplifying all trading operations, even complex ones, allowing not only amateurs but also professional traders to take trading to the next level.

Betting Toolkit Automation is very simple and intuitive. It's based on a simple framework for creating Rules, Actions, and Conditions that, when combined, create a Strategy. Each Strategy can be saved to a file and recalled at any time to execute or modify it as desired.

With Betting Toolkit Automation, you can perform all the program's operating functions that are typically performed manually, even combining them together, allowing you to create virtually any type of strategy to apply to the Betfair exchange market, executing it completely automatically.

Procedure for creating and applying strategies
To operate with automation, follow these steps:

  • Strategies are created and managed using the Strategy Manager.
  • In the Market Window, you can apply up to 5 strategies to a single market using various commands. You can also analyze the details of the applied strategies using the Apply Strategy window, which also provides feedback on the performance of the strategies applied to the market, which can be very useful when testing strategies.
  • Using the Markets Monitor, you can apply strategies to multiple markets simultaneously and monitor their development in a concise manner.

Market and Selection Strategies
A strategy can be designed to be applied to an entire market or to a selection, see details here.
